I'm Jennifer, the founder of Lessons Learned Therapy, PLLC. For more than 15 years, I've helped people navigate the parts of life that feel heavy, relationships that aren't working, anxiety that won't quiet down, and transitions that shake your sense of self.
My approach is direct but compassionate. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you see what's really driving the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we'll strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and help you feel steady and confident again.
I work with men who are ready to face hard truths—whether they're struggling with integrity, rebuilding after betrayal, or learning to connect more authentically in relationships. Therapy becomes a space for honesty, accountability, and growth without judgment.
I also specialize in supporting women in midlife, especially those navigating perimenopause and menopause. These changes can shake your mood, energy, and sense of self. We'll make sense of what's happening and help you feel grounded and strong again.
Therapy with me is about growth that lasts. Change happens when insight meets action, and you stop carrying stories that no longer fit.
When I'm not in session, you'll find me lifting weights, watching movies, reading a good book, or hanging out with family and friends. I believe in living what I teach—balance, honesty, and presence.
