Perimenopause and menopause can sneak up on you. One day you're fine, and the next you're exhausted, emotionally raw, and wondering why no one warned you it would feel like this. The brain fog is real. The mood swings are real. The loss of confidence in your own body is real.
Midlife Glow-Up was built for exactly this moment. It's a 6-week, therapist-led group for women who are done suffering in silence and ready to understand what's actually happening - physically, emotionally, and relationally. You'll get practical tools and real information with a small group of women who are right there with you.
What this group provides
Gain Understanding
Finally understand the hormonal and neurological changes behind your symptoms.
Reconnect
During these 6 weeks, we will work on finding, not who you were, but who you are today and how to move forward stronger and with more confidence.
Practical Tools
Each week, you will leave with practical tools for mood, sleep, focus, and emotional regulation that will make everyday living easier and more productive.
Community
By the end of our time together, you will feel re-engaged and connected with yourself and a new community. Not only are you not alone, but you now have new friends in this with you!
